About Me

After relocating and moving for much of his youth, Evan is familiar with the challenges which arise while relocating, moving and listing a home. A decorated combat veteran and purple heart recipient, Evan served in the United States Army as an Infantry “grunt” for six years. After an honorable discharge from the military, he pursued a degree in Computer Science/Mathematics at USC and graduated at the top of his class Magna Cum Laude. Evan has had the privilege of being mentored by some of the most productive and well-respected agents in the Upstate. His knowledge of the tech industry serves his clients well when conducting social media and digital marketing campaigns, while his analytical mindset and attention to detail are beneficial when dealing with contracts and negotiations in both the home listing and purchasing process. Above all else Evan serves his clients with honesty and transparency giving them the necessary tools to make better decisions for themselves and their families. Evan volunteers with local upstate charities (First Things Foundation & Fellow Countrymen) who seek relief for distressed veterans and impoverished communities respectively. His calling to serve others benefits those listing and purchasing their homes and investments. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He has enjoyed the opportunities of being a youth mentor, coach, and participating in local amateur football leagues. He can occasionally be spotted as a toast master "Tamada" at Keipi restaurant in Greenville.
